What will you do if somebody st*pid ruined your Monday? Well, I just had one today. Last friday, we encountered some technical problems here in our office. Folders were missing, documents wouldn’t save, emails cannot be sent or they just bounce back. Having so, I decided to send our report today [Monday]. My co-QA texted me to inform that he’ll be coming to work na [he's been sick last week]. I replied to him and asked him that if he will be at work earlier, do a favor by sending the report. I then thought that everything went well.

An hour passed by and we received an email from one of the Team Leads saying that TL scores were missing. I didn’t mind this because my co-QA took the initiative to response, explain and to apologize [mind you, the TL's email was in all CAPS]. I would have not reacted if only the other TL did not make a scene. I was furious like hell. Im supposed to have a good Monday. To know more, see the email trail below.

Guys,

All points taken.

I need each of the team members of OWC, from Operations, to QA, to SV, to Client Services, to Training, to IT and other Support Depts to execute their respective duties and responsibilities in order to ensure achievement of the Center’s goal in a consistent manner.

No pointing of fingers please.

OneWorld is still a small company to have such complications. We all need to be doing what is expected of us in line with the pursuit of the company to expand, center wise, and people wise.

We are expected to COOPERATE and properly COMMUNICATE, team.

Thank you,
Lanie

To all,

In response to what has been explained By Mr. Al Calingasan, that I was not able to submit my TM forms which is not possible, it was my shadow Management trainee Mr.Alan Sambale who personally submitted the said monitoring forms and we had it on our TDR’s that they were monitored for that day so there is no reason for me not to submit it. I make it appoint that all my reps are covered every cut off. I think that is also your responsibility to monitor all reps per period for the PDP. There were again reps under my team who were not monitored for this PDP period. Let us all do our job properly to avoid this said insinuations.

Thanks,

To all,

I just want to correct the insinuation from the email below. First, it was me who said, there WERE no TMs submitted by Mr. R************* last March 26, 2008. The response “it was lost” will be inappropriate and will never be my option. I take responsibility for any mistakes I will commit but will never admit anything that came out of nowhere. Even prior to that date, I was the one who would approach him and remind him of the TMs because Ms A************** and Ms I************ always assure that theirs will be submitted on time or at least make an effort to apologize if late.

To address also the issue of TMs submitted for May 2 calling, there were scores encoded on the QA & TL TM Trackers Audit Variance and I honestly made sure, the same were encoded on the Tracker. I don’t want to put the blame on the technical problems we encountered last Saturday morning but I don’t think there will be another reason I can provide.

More so, I would suggest that we all be careful with the WORDS we will be using and to ensure that there’s TRUTH to our claims. Conducting ourselves in a proper manner won’t hurt.

Thank you,

Al Michael C. Calingasan

Hi,

I would like to ask why there are no TL scores for may 2 calling. This happened last time under my team and when I questioned it, the response was that I did not submit or it was lost. But looking at it now, all TL scores where blank for the said date (may 2, 2008). We are doing monitoring to ensure that all of them are covered because this is one of the criteria for their PDP. Please look into the matter.

Thanks
